AECOM is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Engineer for a hybrid role across Canada. Drive impactful projects in hydropower, dams, and hydraulic infrastructures while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

As a key member of AECOM's engineering team, you will lead technical projects related to hydroelectric generating stations and other hydraulic structures. The role demands strong expertise in hydraulic modelling, dam safety engineering, and preparing technical reports. You will guide engineering professionals, ensuring effective project delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical lead for hydraulic engineering projects
• Prepare technical reports and calculation packages




• Conduct feasibility studies and detailed engineering
• Perform hydraulic and hydrodynamic numerical modelling
• Review technical studies and mentor engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in hydraulic design and modelling
• Registered Professional Engineer (OIQ)
• Strong knowledge of HEC software suite
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken
