EY Canada seeks a Learning Services Specialist to enhance learning initiatives through project management and stakeholder engagement. Drive impactful learning experiences in this 18-month contract role.

As part of the Talent Development and Learning team, you will support effective learning delivery across Assurance services. Your expertise in project management and analytical thinking will be crucial to ensuring high-quality learning experiences from planning to execution. Collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to build a consistent learning workplace throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Assurance learning initiatives from concept to execution
• Implement cross-service line learning initiatives effectively




• Build relationships with team members and external partners
• Prepare communications for learners and stakeholders
• Maintain learning databases and assist with reporting

Requirements:
• Three+ years in learning, project coordination, or operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with a learning management system
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
