Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate performance goals to team members
• Organize daily workflow and clarify roles
• Monitor and provide feedback on employee productivity
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and disciplinary procedures

Requirements:
• Previously held a supervisory role
• Experience in the metal scrap industry is beneficial
• Ability to operate commercial trucks and forklifts
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
• Skilled in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
