Drive impactful research with the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) as an Evaluation Specialist. This role focuses on program evaluations and evidence-based research in a hybrid work setting.
As a key member of RGC, you will contribute to the organization's prevention and outreach initiatives. With over 40 years of experience in gambling harm prevention, RGC offers a supportive setting where your expertise in evaluation and research can thrive. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Evaluation, and engage with various stakeholders to influence community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize evaluation tools and methodologies for program assessments
• Develop data collection procedures to support research
• Facilitate evaluation activities collaboratively with stakeholders
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across diverse sources
• Synthesize findings to inform targeted programming
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in evaluation and applied research
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
