Lead packaging operations at Nortera as a Daytime Packaging Supervisor in Estrie, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oversee team performance, efficiency, and quality while driving operational excellence.

This role reports to the Director of Operations, focusing on enhancing productivity and maintaining high standards. You will lead production meetings, implement LEAN practices, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Your expertise will help in analyzing issues and promoting continuous improvement initiatives across the packaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily and weekly production meetings with teams
• Maintain daily efficiency and productivity metrics
• Implement and support the LEAN program




• Analyze issues and propose corrective action plans
• Collaborate with QA and OHS on safety and quality oversight

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in a similar supervisory role
• DEC in operations management or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Autonomy and initiative in problem-solving
• Commitment to health and safety standards
