What You'll Do

Generate a consistent pipeline of current job orders across your vertical/territory

Own the full 360 cycle: business development, candidate sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing

Build direct, proactive relationships with clients, both existing accounts and new business

Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates in your space

Stay close to your market, tracking hiring trends and movement, and turn that insight into new business

What You Bring

A proven track record of success in permanent placement / executive search recruitment

Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk, from business development through close

A history of prospecting, negotiating, and closing business with multi-level contacts

Sharp customer service and negotiation instincts, with a real sense of urgency

Strong written and verbal communication skills
