At Jetson, we are seeking a talented Sales Enablement & Performance Coach to elevate our inside sales team. In this full time role, you will design comprehensive training and onboarding programs and lead initiatives that translate raw sales potential into consistent performance. Your mission will be to create effective systems that empower both new hires and seasoned reps alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute training programs for sales reps
• Develop sales playbook with key scripts and techniques
• Maintain an accessible content library for team use
• Analyze call data to identify coaching opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership on sales process improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in sales training or enablement roles
• Experience in high-volume inside sales environments
• Proven ability to analyze sales data effectively
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Prior experience selling HVAC or home services preferred
