Alberta Health Services in High River is seeking a Registered Nurse in Surgical Services to deliver holistic, patient-centered care across OR theatres, Endoscope and PACU, including Day Surgery. You will lead care teams, adapt to fluctuating workloads and mentor students and staff while maintaining safety and quality at the centre of practice.
The role requires CRNA registration, BCLS-HCP, and accredited perioperative certification, with opportunities to support rural acute care and ER services
