In this role, you will report to the Manager, Health & Safety, driving initiatives to improve workplace health and safety. With 3-5 years in a progressive H&S; role, you will provide advice, conduct audits, and analyze data to enhance safety programs. Your contributions will directly influence plant management's approach to health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on safety programs and initiatives
• Monitor and facilitate safe work environments for all personnel
• Identify trends and recommend improvements effectively




• Develop and deliver essential training for staff
• Conduct safety audits and prepare relevant reports

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years' experience in health and safety roles
• Knowledge of applicable safety legislation and standards
• Valid Advanced First Aid or Emergency Medical Technician Certification
• Preferred designations CRSP, CHSC or CRST
