In your role, you will report to the Regional Asset Protection Manager and focus on external theft investigations. Building relationships with store management and law enforcement will be key to successfully mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Detect and apprehend theft incidents as per VS&Co; standards
• Assist in case management and investigations accordingly
• Securely document and maintain evidence and reports
• Identify theft patterns through data review
• Testify in court when necessary
Requirements:
• Experience in asset protection or investigation fields
• Ability to collaborate effectively with store teams and law enforcement
• Solid reporting and documentation capabilities
• Flexible working availability, including weekends and evenings
