Key Responsibilities
Working daily in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Drafting and maintaining engineering drawings, product designs, CAD files, Bill of Materials, etc. are maintained to the latest requirements and specifications.
Assisting in new product development and related documentation.
Completing engineering RFCs and issuing ECNs.
Resolve manufacturing issues in a timely and effective manner.
Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials.
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and supply components for production.
Complete designs and modifications for custom machine requests from customers.
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

Requirements
Required Skills
Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma and 2-5+ years’ experience
3D CAD experience, preferably Inventor
Experience with ERP software
Willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong mechanical aptitude is an asset
Experience in metal fabrication, mechanical systems, and design
Ability to work with little supervision and be a highly motivated individual
Ability to be “hands on” to demonstrate processes using tools and large equipment
Agricultural background is an asset
Excellent communication skills

Hours: Here at Jaylor you would be working day shifts, in-office, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (We offer competitive wages based on skill and experience)
Work Location: This role requires you to work in person at our main location, located at 071213 10th Line, Orton ON. Onsite parking is available for all employees.
