Take on an impactful role as a Support Worker with the Canucks Autism Network this Fall 2026 in Nanaimo. Your efforts will ensure autistic children engage meaningfully and feel valued.

We are looking for passionate Support Workers ready to enhance the experience of autistic youth across various recreation programs. In collaboration with coaches and supervisors, you'll execute support tailored to individual needs, focusing on inclusion and skill development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an essential cause while gaining valuable experience in community programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate secure and inclusive environments
• Support personalized participant development goals
• Engage positively with diverse teams
• Maintain clear communication with families
• Ensure participant wellbeing and safety

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Ability to assist in Swim and Skate programs
• Background in autism awareness and support
