We're seeking an experienced individual with a technical theatre background for this part-time role. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining backstage equipment, primarily managing audio and lighting for events. Requires collaboration and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced theatre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain DiGiCo SD consoles for audio setup
• Program Grand MA lighting systems for various performances
• Set up scenery and staging for different events
• Oversee clients and crew during studio theatre events
• Conduct theatre equipment and building maintenance
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or degree in Technical Theatre
• Minimum 3 years experience in a road house setting
• Proficiency in lighting design and audio engineering
• Certification in Working at Heights and first aid/CPR
• Ability to pass a criminal record check within 30 days
