Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the capacity team for optimal logistics efficiency
• Monitor daily load volumes and carrier availability




• Support load planning by securing transportation capacity
• Track carrier performance for service enhancements
• Provide feedback and assist in current carrier onboarding

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in logistics or transportation, ideally in 3PL
• Familiarity with load planning and TMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is an asset
