As a Dock Controller, you will monitor safety concerns, read KPI screens, and ensure proper loading and unloading procedures. With a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, your key responsibilities include assigning work to staff and ensuring trucks are prepped for early morning cut-off. Active participation in Cross Dock Tours and aligning with Reweigh & Cube goals will also be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address any safety concerns proactively
• Read KPI screens and itemize outbound freight




• Communicate effectively with Dock Supervisors and staff
• Assign work tasks and ensure proper equipment provisioning
• Load all dedicated LTL and straight trucks ahead of cut-off time
