As a Student Conduct Officer, you will work closely with institutional stakeholders to address student non-academic misconduct. Your responsibilities will include investigating allegations, interviewing related parties, and maintaining confidential records. You'll also collaborate with various departments on issues of misconduct and participate in teams focused on student welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage individual student conduct cases systematically
• Conduct formal investigations into misconduct allegations
• Maintain confidential files related to student conduct
• Collaborate with departments to resolve informal issues
• Provide education on student misconduct processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field
• 3-5 years of investigative experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with post-secondary education environments
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to community and belonging initiatives
