Support mental health recovery as a Patient Care Attendant at Ontario Shores Centre. Care for patients with complex needs in a specialized geriatric and neuropsychiatry program.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with older adults experiencing dementia-related behaviours in a compassionate setting. You'll engage in daily living support, assist with patient safety, and work as part of a collaborative team. Your contributions are vital in the assessment and treatment process aimed at stabilizing patients for successful community integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with their daily living requirements
• Track patient behaviours and report observations
• Escort patients to their scheduled care appointments




• Conduct security checks and maintain a secure environment
• Document patient interactions in the clinical charts

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker diploma essential
• Current CPR – Level HCP certification required
• Knowledge of mental health legislation
• Experience with Meditech systems preferred
• Ability to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends
