TD is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations qualified to support the Public Cloud environment (PaaS/IaaS). You will troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and work with Dev teams to ensure quality, performance and availability across production and test environments.
Responsibilities include on-call rotation, planning and reporting of day-to-day metrics, and delivering improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL processes.
