In this role, report directly to the Engineering Manager - Design. You will design mechanical equipment, draft using IronCAD, and collaborate with Electrical Designers. Your contributions will enhance SSM’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer-focused solutions across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical HVAC equipment for serviceability and performance
• Draft equipment using IronCAD and convert AutoCAD drawings
• Liaise with Electrical Designers for design conformance




• Create and manage external customer submittals
• Select components ensuring optimal performance and pricing

Requirements:
• Knowledge of engineering principles for project execution
• Support design team responsibilities effectively
• Analyze technical issues within core engineering discipline
• Ability to multitask with keen organizational skills
• Engineering degree or technical diploma, APEGA or ASET membership preferred
