As BinSentry continues to expand, we need a Lead Electronics Technician to ensure our systems are top-notch. This position combines team leadership with hands-on technical support, focusing on mentoring, troubleshooting, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in electronics, ready to inspire and instruct others in complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technicians' daily tasks with transparent priorities
• Manage budget resources and team tools
• Ensure completion of weekly analysis targets
• Conduct performance reviews and support career advancement
• Support inventory tracking via the Odoo system
Requirements:
• Experience in complex electronics diagnostics
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a Diploma
• Proficient in using command-line tools and oscilloscopes
• Proven mentoring and collaboration skills
• Able to interpret electronics schematics effectively
