Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage end-to-end workflow
• Prepare and submit quotes, policy documents, and proposals
• Support new business and renewal submission management




• Cleanse bordereaux and ensure timely booking
• Coordinate with partners for claims management support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in the insurance industry
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Customer service and problem-solving experience
• Understanding of policy management systems
