In this hybrid/remote role, Lifemark Health Group is looking for a dedicated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to assist WorkSafe BC clients. You will engage in job search training and counseling, helping individuals overcome workplace injuries to successfully return to the job market. Your insights into employment history and transferable skills will guide clients toward suitable job options and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review vocational profiles for education and experience
• Assess skills and identify employment barriers




• Facilitate job search workshops and resume creation
• Conduct labor market research and report findings
• Market clients to potential employers and provide career counseling

Requirements:
• University degree preferred in relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years in vocational rehabilitation services
• CVRP designation or eligibility is an asset
• Strong understanding of the local labor market
• Willingness to travel to Lifemark clinic as needed
