AGAT Laboratories is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician B for our Inorganics/Environmental lab in Edmonton, Alberta. Weekend availability is essential to support our cutting-edge team.

In this role, you will assist the Laboratory Supervisor by performing basic lab procedures and maintaining equipment in our dynamic laboratory setting. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring data accuracy and quality compliance. The position requires efficiency in sample preparation, instrument maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare samples, reagents, and calibration solutions
• Clean glassware and dispose of waste materials
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments
• Validate and verify data records accurately
• Follow quality assurance procedures and report results

Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or Science Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience
• Proficient in MS Office and LIMS
• Strong communication skills in English
• Must lift 25+ pounds as necessary
