As a key part of the Guidance & Resource Unit, the Tumour Group Facilitator collaborates with diverse stakeholders to create impactful clinical tools. This role emphasizes developing documents for clinical guidelines while fostering collaboration among clinicians, leaders, and patients. You will also assist in evaluating clinical practice patterns effectively using data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement clinical practice tools and documents
• Support knowledge translation across multiple disciplines




• Collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders
• Assist in evaluating clinical practice patterns using data
• Facilitate communication within multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 2 years in a large healthcare organization
• Experience in knowledge translation and quality improvement
• Solid writing and MS Office skills
• Willing to travel for offsite meetings
