Cleaner – Job Description
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and perform general cleaning duties.

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas.

Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.

Clean mirrors, fixtures, appliances, and other surfaces as required.

Follow cleaning checklists, client instructions, company standards, and safety procedures.

Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.

Maintain assigned areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.

Respect client property, privacy, and belongings.

Report damages, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other problems to the supervisor.

Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.

Complete assignments within the scheduled timeframe and confirm completion as required.

Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is preferred.

Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.





Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks.

Willingness to learn and follow company cleaning procedures.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and move during cleaning tasks.

Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position.

Transportation

Reliable transportation to assigned client locations is preferred.

Applicants with their own vehicle are encouraged to apply.

Applicants without a vehicle may be considered depending on assignment location and available transportation.

Transportation requirements may vary by assignment.
