Lead a dedicated team as a Program Supervisor at Enviros’ ExCel Discovery. Support youth under open custody while driving essential operational protocols.

This full time permanent position involves direct involvement with our staff, program, and community partners in Alberta. You'll supervise a team of up to 12 staff, ensure compliance with Accreditation standards, and collaborate with young offenders’ centers. Your leadership will help youth transition successfully into community life while maintaining high operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of staff members
• Ensure all Accreditation standards are maintained
• Collaborate with the Calgary and Edmonton Young Offenders Center




• Oversee staff scheduling and documentation requirements
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services
• Experience working with trauma-affected youth
• Knowledge of the Youth Criminal Justice Act is valuable
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Police Record and Child Intervention Checks needed
