You'll be responsible for enhancing compliance governance and managing complex reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance governance and strategy development
• Enhance reporting processes for Canadian Risk Committee
• Ensure compliance with Risk Appetite Framework




• Lead continuous improvement in compliance initiatives
• Build partnerships within Compliance and business units

Requirements:
• 6–9+ years of experience in compliance roles
• Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory landscape
• Proven success in developing compliance frameworks
• Experience with regulatory stakeholder engagement
• University degree required; risk certifications are an asset
