You will lead two direct reports and manage a energetic team of approximately 13 employees across various services. Your expertise will enhance collaboration with community partners and stakeholders, aiming to create sustainable solutions for housing and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning for housing and community programs
• Oversee housing operations, tenancy management, and maintenance




• Ensure compliance with agreements and best practices
• Develop partnerships with governmental and community organizations
• Monitor program outcomes and operational effectiveness

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in social services
• Strong knowledge of supportive housing and property management
• Experience in multidisciplinary team supervision
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
