Key Responsibilities:
• Design and update eLearning modules and stakeholder materials
• Manage end-to-end assessments and user troubleshooting
• Use learner feedback to refine course offerings continually
• Stay informed on learning technology trends and best practices




• Generate process documentation for learning and LMS workflows

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Instructional Design
• Practical experience with LMS, especially D2L Brightspace
• History of developing both online and in-person learning experiences
• Proficient problem-solver with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred
