In this vital position, you will guide technicians and ensure quick, effective restorations that meet industry standards. You’ll oversee various tasks, including water extraction and site inspections, while directly communicating with customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and manage property damage emergencies
• Lead the extraction, demolition, and restoration activities
• Offer daily direction to crew members for efficiency




• Set up and monitor restoration equipment during work
• Document job progress and conditions thoroughly

Requirements:
• Significant experience in restoration and remediation
• Previous supervisory experience highly desired
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
