Social Media Community, Growth & Performance Manager
Location
Fully remote. Open to Canadian residents.
Position Type
Full-time. This role includes supporting coordinated team coverage across 8AM–8PM Eastern, 7 days a week, including statutory holidays, with stat holiday pay provided in accordance with applicable regulations.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who treats social media as a revenue channel, not a content calendar.
At Acclivity, B2B social programs are built to generate leads, start conversations, and drive pipeline for technical and industrial companies. The company works with forward-thinking, tech-savvy clients in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and technology, and operates as a fully remote-first organization focused on flexibility and work-life integration.
You will be responsible for executing and optimizing social media activity across multiple client accounts, with a clear mandate: grow relevant audiences, generate leads, and convert attention into real business conversations.
What You’ll Own
Grow relevant, high-quality audiences across client social channels.
Generate inbound leads and initiate outbound conversations with target accounts.
Book or influence qualified meetings through social engagement and outreach.
Maintain fast, high-quality response times across comments, messages, and mentions, with client-dependent SLAs ranging from approximately 5 minutes to same day.
Execute high-volume, high-quality daily engagement aligned with each client’s brand voice.
Create and publish content that drives engagement, conversations, and conversions rather than vanity metrics.
Identify trends early, understand why they are gaining traction, and apply relevant elements effectively across client brands.
Leverage AI and automation tools to increase output, speed, experimentation, variability, and scale while maintaining high standards for accuracy, brand voice, and quality.
Identify opportunities to increase reach, visibility, and conversion through experimentation and iteration.
Support ABM efforts through research, targeting, outreach, and tracking.
Build and engage relationships with industry media, influencers, and partners, including podcasters, publications, associations, and event organizers.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity tracking across client systems.
Monitor competitors, trends, and platform changes to identify opportunities.
Deliver clear monthly reporting tied to performance metrics.

Requirements
Experience in B2B social media, community management, or a similar role.
Experience generating leads or supporting pipeline through social media.
Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is a strong asset.
Robust written communication and conversational skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and engage in informed discussions.
Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect activity to outcomes.
Nice to Have
Experience in technical, industrial, or engineering-related industries.
Experience with best practices in social media, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram.
Experience with Reddit, X, YouTube, and Facebook is also valuable.
Tools
Mac/Apple equipment provided, Slack, Asana, Office 365, Canva, HubSpot, AI tools, and native social platforms.
Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+ CAD, with no cap on key earning targets.
Performance Bonus: Quarterly and uncapped, with significant upside tied directly to results. Top performers are expected to exceed OTE.
