Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary design meetings for technical alignment
• Develop and maintain comprehensive tender documentation
• Govern design change management processes and impact evaluations




• Track supplier design deliverables against project milestones
• Oversee 3D model management and digital coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in HVAC Engineering or related fields
• 3-7 years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design
• Familiarity with BIM/model review tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
