Job Description

Owns full-cycle reporting across 3 entities.

Acts as a finance business partner across a range of finance-related matters, including P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial support.

Partners with operational and cross-functional leaders to support financial decision-making and provide insight into business performance.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles by working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Translates financial data into transparent, actionable insights and recommendations for non-finance partners.

Assists with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and business case support as needed.

Independent contributor with no direct reports.

Needs to be deadline-oriented and comfortable operating in a regular reporting cadence / quarter-end environment

Qualified / What They’re Looking For

CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred / required

Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A; at the Senior Analyst / Manager level

Strong understanding of P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end / quarter-end reporting

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships across functions





Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
