About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead strategic IT projects from planning through delivery. You'll manage complex technology initiatives, work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role supports enterprise IT initiatives, including system implementations, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project portfolio reporting.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical resources
Support infrastructure and cloud implementation projects
Ensure projects follow governance, best practices,



and quality standards
Prepare executive presentations and portfolio reporting
Conduct project reviews and track benefits realization
Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience delivering medium to large enterprise technology projects
Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
Experience with on-premises and cloud technology implementations
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with Smartsheet (preferred) or Microsoft Project
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is an asset
Nice to Have IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity knowledge
Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Must be eligible to obtain Reliability Security Clearance (application required before starting)
