CLIC is seeking a Group Underwriting Best Practices & Training Specialist to lead training for underwriting staff and partner with Management on performance development. The role ensures underwriting guidelines and QA programs stay current with industry trends and statutory requirements while aligning with best practices.
You will oversee training design, delivery, and communications across Group Perks, supporting staff development and process improvements.
