Join IEM as a Night Shift Shipper, where you will manage pulling and packaging products to support production efficiency. This role requires forklift experience and attention to detail for effective product handling.

As a Night Shift Shipper, you'll report to the Shipping Manager and play a vital role in reducing backlog at IEM. This physically demanding position involves packaging and preparing products for the morning shift, requiring a solid focus on quality and safety standards. Previous shipping and receiving experience will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pull afternoon-released products efficiently from production floor
• Document and package units following IEM standards




• Set up finished units for morning shift loading
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• Maintain compliance with all company policies

Requirements:
• Forklift experience (Class 1 and Class 4)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail in packaging
• Reliable transportation for night shifts
• Available Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 12:30 AM
