The Director of Procurement Market Unit – North America is tasked with supporting purchasing in the US and Canadian regions through impactful strategies. You will work closely with various departments to align procurement with overall company objectives, while also ensuring high-performance standards within the procurement team. Accountability for improved procurement performance metrics will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like process harmonization
• Drive improvements in procurement performance and supply security




• Manage data quality in SAP and procurement systems
• Create and monitor KPIs aligned with global targets
• Foster local supplier performance through KPI analysis

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement roles
• Expertise in SAP MM and eProcurement tools
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership experience and interpersonal skills
• German language fluency is a plus
