This position requires proactive monitoring of training events and conducting safety briefs. With your solid analytical skills, you will make impactful recommendations to enhance safety procedures and resolve facility issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance
• Deliver range incident reports using reporting tools




• Develop safety inspection schedules for approval
• Monitor training events and issue cease-fires when necessary
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Former SNCO or Officer preferred
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage outdoor work conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 24/7
