Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid: 3-4 days/week
Join a Canadian banking analytics team supporting targeted marketing initiatives and personalized customer engagement strategies. This role focuses on designing, building, and executing customer marketing offers and campaign decisioning using Pega applications across multiple banking business lines. The successful candidate will support campaign execution, customer interaction delivery, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis within a high-visibility analytics environment.
Must Haves 5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer.
2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
2+ years of recent experience with Python
Nice to Have Familiarity with banking products
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Previous experience with Data bricks.
Responsibilities Design, build, and execute customer marketing offers and communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic, and segmentations
Apply Next Best Action design principles to build and test decision strategies and campaign eligibility using Pega applications
Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across multiple channels
Analyze campaign presentment and customer response data to identify trends and business insights
Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders, and channel partners
Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities




Support production incident investigations and department help desk inquiries
