We are seeking casing drilling specialists who understand that this work is not about spinning steel — it is about installing structural systems correctly the first time.

Core Technical Requirements – Casing Focused
Minimum 3+ years of deep casing drilling experience in geotechnical or ground support applications
Demonstrated experience with:
Concentric casing systems (e.g., Symmetrix, ODEX, Elemex, or equivalent)
Duplex head drilling systems
Dual Rotary drilling systems
Percussion drill systems
Temporary and permanent casing installation
Tie-back and micropile casing systems
Proven ability to advance casing through:
Collapsing overburden
Mixed face conditions
Variable rock-to-soil transitions
High groundwater environments
Flowing sands
Experience maintaining verticality, alignment, and embedment tolerances within engineered specifications
Robust understanding of casing sequencing, grout control, and structural load transfer principles
