Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate essential load plans to drivers and customers
• Ensure clarity of instructions for safe driving
• Update dispatch systems without delay
• Record trip events accurately in TMW
• Monitor compliance of orders and service failure reports

Requirements:
• High School Diploma needed
• 2-3 years of transportation experience preferred
• Knowledge of TMW systems a bonus
• Aptitude for problem solving and decision making
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
