Join RBC as an Associate Negotiator within the Global Credit - Trading Documentation team. Engage in negotiating trading documentation for capital markets while ensuring compliance with RBC’s policy and guidelines.
In this full-time role based in Toronto, you’ll negotiate various master trading agreements, including complex and structured ones, alongside the Law Group. You will also ensure adherence to compliance requirements and assist in documenting changes to agreement templates. This position demands strong communication skills and a keen understanding of capital markets practices.
• Coordinate updates with the Law Group
• Ensure compliance with RBC policy documents
• Assist the Regional Head with project management tasks
Requirements:
• Completed undergraduate degree
• Knowledge of capital markets and trading issues
• Robust understanding of risk management concepts
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle diverse workloads
