As part of Mercer Mass Timber, you will report to the Project Executive and handle full project lifecycles. You'll coordinate effectively among engineering and manufacturing teams, manage client contracts, and implement cost-effective strategies. This position requires travel but offers a dynamic work environment focused on sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish budgets and participate in RFP responses
• Manage vendor coordination and material delivery
• Prepare and oversee project schedules and ensure compliance




• Foster relationships with General Contractors and Architects
• Supervise Project Engineers and provide mentorship

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in Project Management
• Mass timber project experience is strongly desired
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management relevant field
• Proficient in cost estimating and scheduling software
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
