Reporting to the Clinical Team Manager, you will manage unique health issues and apply strategies for chronic disease prevention. Key Responsibilities:
• Apply public health sciences to improve community health
• Address chronic and communicable diseases effectively
• Support reproductive and sexual health initiatives
• Promote health equity across various populations
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment in practice
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in Manitoba
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience
• Basic Life Support Certification mandatory
• Understanding of Public Health Act required
