This role reports to the Manager, CTR Opex & Corp Functions FP&A;, supporting various financial initiatives. You will play a critical part in delivering timely financial analysis and reporting, enabling key decisions for executive leadership. Collaboration across departments will be essential to reflect financial impacts, challenge the status quo, and foster innovative approaches throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand financial performance drivers to advise on action plans
• Prepare creative performance reports for senior management




• Collaborate to integrate financial impacts into plans and forecasts
• Lead and promote change within reporting processes
• Improve efficiencies in forecasting and planning practices

Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting
• Working toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset
