You are an experienced Project Coordinator with an unrelenting drive for results and client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll support and oversee highway maintenance projects, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and contract standards.

Essential Responsibilities
Support daily project activities including subcontractors and hired services
Review storm data trends and forecasts to support project planning
Manage documentation meeting minutes files logs and milestone tracking
Production tracking and quality management
Maintenance of quality records complete field inspections and help train new team members
Assist with estimation, tendering awarding work processing invoices and preparing purchase requisitions
Gather vendor pricing manage data support cost reporting and maintain client relationships
Promote and support Ledcor’s safety program and encourage secure work practices
Required Skills
Post secondary education in Construction or Civil Engineering is an asset
Two or more years of project or quality coordination ideally in highway or construction
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and build relationships
Solid technical skills including MS Word Excel, estimating and scheduling tools experience with government clients is an asset
Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
