In this part time role, you will work within an interdisciplinary team offering crucial support to clients facing developmental challenges. Your role focuses on enabling optimum physical function through assessment, treatment, and collaboration with clients and families. Participating in quality improvement efforts and mentoring therapy assistants adds depth to your professional journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic interventions for optimal physical function
• Collaborate with clients and families in care strategies
• Participate in interprofessional team meetings and initiatives
• Supervise students and therapy assistants when needed
• Engage in quality improvement and mentoring activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Driver's License and vehicle required
• BLS certification preferred
• Commitment to supporting children's rehabilitation
