In this full-time junior managerial role, you will oversee daily program delivery while fostering connections between choreographers, volunteers, and local teams in remote communities. This position is designed for emerging leaders eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics, community engagement, and empowering youth through arts-based education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for choreographers in communities
• Lead weekly program check-ins and monitor milestones
• Manage registrations and track participant data
• Coordinate travel logistics for youth programming
• Support event delivery at OLI's Annual Camp & Showcase
Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience in program coordination
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to travel regularly to remote communities
• Experience working with youth in Indigenous contexts
• Transparent Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
