Lead impactful donor engagements with MLSE Foundation as a Donor Engagement Officer. Connect donors with meaningful community initiatives through thoughtful cultivation strategies.

This role manages an annual major gifts pipeline, targeting donations from $25K to $100K. Your contributions will drive the foundation’s overall fundraising success, focusing on maintaining relationships and supporting multi-year commitments. Collaborate with leadership and community partners to create effective donor proposals and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donor relationships with a focus on portfolio growth
• Prepare leadership for strategic donor interactions
• Create tailored donor proposals and stewardship communications




• Ensure accurate donor data management in Salesforce
• Coordinate donor engagement activities and experiences

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in donor relations or fundraising
• Excellent written communication and relationship skills
• Proven track record managing major gift portfolios
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
