Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve incoming help desk requests promptly
• Provide phone, online, and in-person support
• Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation




• Develop training materials for users and staff
• Collect KPI metrics on training and support requests

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in IT or related field
• 1-2 years of user support experience
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
